AI tools can take real work off your team, and you should use them. Ability Ops is the partner that sets them up properly, checks they are behaving as intended, and phases AI into your sensitive workflows responsibly, in monday.com and well beyond it.

The tools are good and getting better. Summaries, sorting, data entry, first drafts: this is work AI can take off your team today. We are not here to slow that down.
Switched on is not the same as set up. We are the resource that configures AI properly, then checks it is acting the way it should: the right access, the right data, a person approving what matters.
Patient records, public records, financial data. We bring AI into those workflows one step at a time, proving each one before the next.
Why Ability Ops for AI

Three phases, in order. Each one is finished and checked before the next begins, and sensitive workflows always go last.
Before AI touches any real work.
We check your plan and agreements, decide who can use AI and where, and separate sensitive workspaces from everything else.
One workflow, with a person approving.
We start with a task that is repetitive and easy to verify, then build AI into it, using whichever tool fits: the AI built into the platforms you already run, AI agents, or a custom Claude solution built for you.
Then extend to sensitive workflows.
We set up the checks that show AI is still doing what it should, measure the time it saves, and only then move it into more sensitive work.
monday.com is where many of our clients run their work, and we are its 2025 North America Partner of the Year. But a lot of AI work sits outside any one platform, and we can discuss that too.
Purpose-built tools and assistants on Claude, designed around one job your team does every day, with the review steps and access controls built in from the start.
Forms, faxes, PDFs, and emails read into structured data and sent to the system that needs it, with a person checking anything that matters.
AI that works between the tools you already run, such as your EHR, CRM, email, and shared drives, connected through their APIs and reviewed before anything is switched on.
Most platforms now ship with AI switched on. We review how it is configured, who can use it, and what data it can reach.
monday.com AI, monday sidekick, and AI agents set up on your boards and in your automations.
Plain rules for what AI may and may not be used for, and training so your team knows how to use it well and when to stop and check.
Examples of where teams put AI to work. Every build is scoped around your own process and the systems you already use.

Ability Ops helps teams adopt AI safely. We set up the AI in the platforms you already use, build custom Claude solutions, connect AI across your systems, put the permissions and review steps around it, and phase it into sensitive workflows step by step. Ability Ops is a Certified Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network, monday.com's 2025 North America Partner of the Year, and its team includes a monday.com AI Champion.
No. monday.com is where many of our clients run their work, but a lot of AI work sits outside any one platform, and we can discuss that too: custom Claude solutions, document processing, and AI that works across systems such as an EHR, a CRM, or email. We start from the workflow and talk through the tool that fits it.
It can be, when it is set up properly and introduced in phases. We start with the plan, permissions, and agreements, pilot AI on a low-risk workflow with a person approving the output, and move into sensitive work only once that is proven.
We build the checks into the workflow: a person approves anything that affects a customer, a record, or a decision; an activity trail shows what AI did and who approved it; and outputs are spot-checked and re-tested when a tool, model, or process changes.
With one workflow that is repetitive, well defined, and easy to check, such as summarizing a long update thread, sorting incoming requests, or pulling fields out of a form. We pilot there, measure whether it saves time, and expand once the team trusts the output.
Yes. Many projects start with a review of what is already switched on: who has access, what data the tools can reach, which agreements are in place, and where a review step is missing.
No. We set AI up to take over repetitive steps such as sorting, summarizing, and first drafts, with a person approving anything that matters. Your team stays in charge of the work.
monday.com states that it does not use customer content to train AI models, and that the model providers it uses commit to not retaining customer data after processing. We walk through the current terms with you during scoping, because they are monday.com's to set and can change.
It can be, on the right plan and setup. Anthropic, the company behind Claude, offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for its HIPAA-ready commercial services, including the Claude API and Claude Enterprise, once HIPAA compliance is switched on for the organization. The free and individual plans are not covered, and not every feature or connected tool falls under the agreement. We confirm the plan, the BAA, and which features are covered before any patient data goes near it. See Anthropic's BAA guidance.
AI and automation setup inside a platform such as monday.com is part of configuration consulting at $200 an hour. Custom development, such as a Claude-based solution or an API integration, is $250 an hour. Each tier has a minimum number of hours, and every project is scoped before work begins. See services and pricing.
